Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation of fresh dough, sauces, and toppings according to authentic Italian recipes.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Follow established recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency in every dish.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and food processors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Participate in training sessions to expand culinary knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and waste reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Passion for cooking and a strong interest in Italian cuisine, particularly pizza-making.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (basic Indonesian is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
