Responsibility
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support the team during peak service hours to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic English language skills are preferred
