Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation standards and guest expectations.
- Monitor table needs, refill beverages, and clear dishes in a timely manner to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle payments and process transactions using POS systems, providing receipts and change as needed.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and minimize wait times.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards, including proper handling of food, glassware, and utensils.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a waitress, server, or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure during busy shifts.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and table management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and splitting bills.
