Responsibility
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, workflows, and automation using declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.) and foundational Apex/Visualforce.
- Perform system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (ERP, marketing automation, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct regular system audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for data quality, security, and governance.
- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to ensure adoption and maximize the value of Salesforce investments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required) and Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (highly desirable).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Foundational development skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, or SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working in a remote or global team environment is a plus.
