Responsibility
- Assist Senior Developers and Project Managers in client meetings to gather and document requirements.
- Support the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks related to IT projects.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Provide basic IT support to internal and external users as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous internship or project experience in IT or software development is advantageous.
