Responsibility
- Lead and manage quality projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality excellence.
- Analyze data and metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality management to drive innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CMQ/OE) is highly desirable.
