Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment with IT solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to identify pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain requirement documentation, including process flows, use cases, and wireframes.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by coordinating with end-users and addressing feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in requirements analysis and IT project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst in IT projects.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for software development projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Experience with UML, BPMN, or other modeling tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
