Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals, focusing on attracting high-caliber professionals for critical roles.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles that meet organizational needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, improve time-to-hire, and enhance quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, utilizing proactive sourcing strategies.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position Oceana Gold as a top employer in the mining and resources sector.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce planning and succession needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for executive, technical, and specialized roles in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention rates) and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Familiarity with employment laws in Indonesia and international hiring practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
