Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive BI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key business metrics.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical BI solutions.
- Automate data processes and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor and analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI tools and databases.
- Train end-users on BI tools and best practices for self-service analytics.
- Stay updated with emerging BI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, stored procedures, optimization).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive approach to project delivery.
