Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s competitive real estate market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients seeking premium properties.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and demand to position properties effectively.
  • Lead end-to-end sales negotiations, from initial client engagement to contract signing and handover.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials tailored to Bali’s luxury market.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on property investments, legal requirements, and financing options.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Stay updated on local regulations, zoning laws, and market conditions affecting real estate transactions in Bali.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in property/real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clientele.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bali’s real estate market, including key areas like Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, property management software, and digital sales platforms.
  • Valid real estate license or certification (or willingness to obtain one).
