Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in the Bali and broader Indonesian market.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about building long-term business relationships.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market or familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
