Based in Bali’s vibrant business hubs—including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar—you’ll collaborate with distributors, government agencies, and enterprise clients to co-sell innovative GIS applications. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive Esri technology adoption in Utilities & Telecom sectors across APAC.
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, resellers, and key enterprise clients.
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities to inform product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to tailor solutions for regional needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and revenue forecasting for assigned territories.
- Represent Esri at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive briefings.
- Monitor KPIs (revenue, pipeline growth, customer retention) and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management (Utilities/Telecom experience a plus).
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing distributor networks.
- Strong understanding of GIS, IoT, or smart infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in an APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 30%) and work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
