Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the AV and broadcast systems integration market.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including broadcasters, production houses, and corporate enterprises.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of integrated AV and broadcast solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the AV and broadcast industry.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the AV, broadcast, or systems integration industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of AV and broadcast technologies, including systems integration, signal processing, and media workflows.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
