Responsibility
- Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities in Bali and the broader Southeast Asian market to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Honeywellâs footprint in key industries (e.g., aerospace, automation, energy).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to tailor solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and identify emerging trends.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and presentations to secure high-value deals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Represent Honeywell at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management, preferably in B2B technology or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and expanding accounts in Southeast Asia or similar emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer pain points, and solution-selling methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to travel regionally as needed (up to 30%).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at working in a matrixed, global organization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
