Responsibility

- Provide detailed information about available maid services, including qualifications, experience, and pricing.
- Match clients with suitable candidates based on their requirements and preferences.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient placement process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the domestic staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales effectively.
