Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s F&B market share in Bali and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and client acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Leverage Mandarin language skills to engage with Chinese-speaking markets, clients, and partners effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals, with a strong network in the F&B sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed and familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is a plus.
