Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in Bali.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions for diesel engine parts and technical services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, diesel engine, or industrial parts sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and spare parts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
