Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and potential clients.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to business growth, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong track record of successfully closing deals, expanding client bases, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
