Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and potential clients.
  • Track and analyze KPIs related to business growth, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong track record of successfully closing deals, expanding client bases, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
