Based in one of Bali’s key business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, integrity, and impact. Whether you're engaging with multinational corporations or local enterprises, your efforts will directly contribute to environmental stewardship and corporate responsibility.
Responsibility
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sustainability consulting, certification, and verification services across Bali and Indonesia.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government agencies, and NGOs.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling, tailored proposals and pitches that highlight Bureau Veritas’ sustainability expertise and value proposition.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed annual sales targets by driving the adoption of sustainability services, including ESG reporting, carbon footprint assessments, and green certifications.
- Industry Insights: Stay ahead of trends in sustainability, regulatory changes, and market demands to position Bureau Veritas as a thought leader.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Networking: Represent Bureau Veritas at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, pipeline growth, and market intelligence to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or consulting, with a focus on sustainability, ESG, or environmental services.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regional environmental regulations.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles in B2B environments.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Networking: Strong existing network within the sustainability, corporate, or NGO sectors in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, CSR) are advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop data-driven business strategies.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a willingness to travel as needed.
