Join a dynamic sales team as a Hospitality Sales Executive specializing in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sector across Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other HoReCa clients in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in the hospitality sector.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotions and campaigns for HoReCa clients.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HoReCa, F&B, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality landscape and existing networks in the industry are a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
