Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in Baliâs F&B, hospitality, and retail sectors to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and partnership plans tailored to local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel chains, cafĂŠ owners, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling pitches, proposals, and brand positioning strategies.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, and ROI, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
- Deep understanding of Baliâs F&B market dynamics, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally internationally for business meetings and events.
