Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to retail stores, boutiques, and key accounts across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base by prospecting and engaging with potential retail partners.
- Present and promote our products to store owners, managers, and purchasing teams, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure long-term partnerships and maximize revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent performance and strategic planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail business development, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or distribution industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali to visit clients and attend meetings, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
