Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the companyâs market share in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, and local tourism boards.
- Negotiate and close partnerships, contracts, and deals to drive revenue growth and enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns and promotions tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to boost brand visibility.
- Stay updated on travel industry regulations, economic factors, and technological advancements affecting business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the travel/tourism industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM software, market analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the Bali tourism market is highly advantageous.
