Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company’s healthcare client base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, and medical technology providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with healthcare institutions and service providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events in Bali and internationally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including regulatory, operational, and financial aspects.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in Southeast Asia or familiarity with the Bali market is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
