This remote role is based in Bali, Indonesia, offering flexibility with a ₱60,000 monthly retainer.

In this role, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities, negotiate high-value contracts, and advise clients on cutting-edge elevator solutions. Your strategic insights will shape our expansion into emerging markets, ensuring sustainable growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in the elevator industry across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and pursue high-potential clients, including property developers, architects, and facility managers.
  • Negotiate and close lucrative contracts for elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance projects.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor custom elevator solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and ROI analyses to secure new business.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the elevator or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of elevator technologies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ASME, EN 81).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events in the Philippines or Southeast Asia.
