Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and document scalable system solutions, including workflows, data models, and integration architectures, in collaboration with IT and development teams.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements or replacements to align with business objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and system specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems or upgrades, ensuring seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to refine solutions before full deployment.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend continuous improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, with a proven track record in system improvements.
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys) and modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level software implementations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are advantageous.
