Responsibility
- Develop and implement business management goals aligned with Lexmark’s global vision.
- Oversee the delivery of IT solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between technical and business units.
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in solution delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to align with industry best practices.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT governance, solution delivery, or project management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, or other governance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in process optimization and change management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CGEIT are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
