Responsibility
- Manage and maintain server, storage, and small data center environments.
- Handle and resolve issue tickets related to cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date system records.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT storage and cloud computing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Storage Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server and storage systems, including cloud platforms.
- Experience with data center operations and maintenance.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
