Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for trade finance and supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design, implement, and enhance the Fusion Trade Innovation System and related platforms.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes, proposing data-driven improvements to optimize trade finance workflows.
- Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for trade finance modules (e.g., LC issuance, invoice financing, risk assessment).
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of trade finance solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in trade finance and supply chain management.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade finance, supply chain finance, or related fields, with hands-on exposure to Fusion Trade Innovation System or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of trade finance instruments, including letters of credit (LC), bank guarantees, and supply chain financing mechanisms.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering for financial or fintech solutions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for project management and documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to manage time effectively across time zones.
