Responsibility
- Lead business transformation initiatives by analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic business models, workflows, and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for business growth.
- Design and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record in business process improvement, digital transformation, or strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Experience working in the ICT, finance, or consulting industries is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
