Responsibility
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement using techniques like process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose data-driven solutions (process reengineering, automation, digital tools) that align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives, department heads, and technical teams to gather requirements, present findings, and drive adoption of recommended solutions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyze performance metrics, forecast trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring smooth implementation of new processes/systems.
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end projects, including scope definition, timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor post-implementation performance, gather feedback, and refine solutions to maximize long-term value for clients.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., AI, RPA, agile methodologies) and share best practices with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in process optimization, digital transformation, or enterprise software implementation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms (Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in ICT, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce sectors is a strong advantage.
