Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks while optimizing resource allocation.
- Drive adoption of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align business goals.
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior management.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in cloud/digitalization.
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM).
- Proven track record managing budgets of $500K+ and cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setup with occasional travel.
