Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Fiori and UI5 applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-performance solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot SAP Fiori apps, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with backend systems.
- Develop and maintain OData services, CDM (Core Data Services), and RESTful APIs to support Fiori applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on SAP UI5 frameworks, JavaScript, and modern web development standards.
- Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with SAP Fiori and UI5 trends, evaluating new tools and methodologies to enhance development processes.
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and UI5 development, with a proven track record of leading projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery, with experience in modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SAP Gateway, OData services, and CDM for backend integration.
- Experience with SAP Web IDE, BAS (Business Application Studio), or VS Code for development and debugging.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Fiori Cloud is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
