Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across all systems and applications.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including firewall management, antivirus updates, and data backup procedures.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving helpdesk tickets and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new software, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT administration, system support, or network management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection and vulnerability assessments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
