Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications to support IT operations and asset management.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
