Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices in project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the ICT sector, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
