Responsibility
- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
