Responsibility
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive program enrollments and conversions for SITLEARN.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and academic teams to optimize lead pipelines and improve program visibility.
- Analyze lead data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and program development.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on lead performance and conversion outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lead management, business development, or sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Proven track record of driving lead conversions and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
