Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business support systems to enhance operational efficiency in logistics and ICT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in workflows and propose data-driven solutions for process optimization.
- Oversee the integration of ERP, CRM, and supply chain management tools to streamline business operations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for business support functions.
- Provide high-level technical and functional support to internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with global business objectives and compliance standards.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in business support, ICT tools, and logistics software.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business support, ICT systems, or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in business process mapping, system integration, and workflow automation.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel required).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Experience working in multinational logistics or supply chain environments is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with global teams.
