Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain IT infrastructure and electronic control systems to support business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT devices, automation systems, and embedded solutions.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices to protect company data and systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend scalability improvements.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including system diagrams and user manuals.
- Provide end-user support and training for IT/EC-related tools and platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/EC engineering, system administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools.
- Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration, PLCs, or embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection measures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and documentation skills.
