Responsibility
- Analyze and map data requirements for migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness in system integrations.
- Develop and execute data import strategies to support seamless onboarding of nonprofit clients.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Validate data integrity post-migration and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure system reliability.
- Create and maintain documentation for data workflows, system configurations, and integration protocols.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data management best practices and system functionalities.
- Monitor data performance metrics and generate reports to track system efficiency and user adoption.
- Stay updated on emerging data technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, system integration, or business process improvement.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with ETL processes, CRM systems, or nonprofit software platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
