Responsibility
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), applications, and network connectivity.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches, to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the deployment and management of cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.
- Document IT processes, solutions, and user requests in a clear and organized manner for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and implement scalable solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
- Hands-on experience with network configuration, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall management.
- Familiarity with hardware maintenance, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
