Responsibility
- Monitor, validate, and maintain the accuracy of Installed Base (IB) data to ensure consistency across systems.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, including missing, duplicate, or outdated records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, IT) to standardize data entry processes and improve data governance.
- Develop and implement data cleansing, enrichment, and validation procedures to enhance data reliability.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
- Support data migration and integration projects to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption.
- Document data standards, procedures, and best practices for internal reference and training.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools for data management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, or a similar role, preferably in a global enterprise.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, metadata management, and ETL processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
