Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Automate security testing and monitoring processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevSecOps, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
- Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices in software development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
