Responsibility
- Maintain and optimize the Order Management System (OMS) and Point of Sale (POS) platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OMS/POS applications, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and new features based on business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of system updates.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work closely with IT security teams to ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard critical business applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in supporting and maintaining OMS/POS systems or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and system integration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle) are advantageous.
