Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives for insurance clients, from strategy development to execution and evaluation.
- Design and implement data-driven workflow solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for automation, AI, and analytics in insurance processes.
- Develop and present business cases, ROI analyses, and roadmaps for digital adoption to C-level executives.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, IoT, blockchain) into legacy insurance systems.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, local insurance laws) in digital transformation projects.
- Mentor junior consultants and client teams on best practices in digital strategy and change management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including InsurTech innovations, to ensure solutions are future-proof and scalable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on digital transformation, insurance, or financial services.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT/OT projects, including system migrations, process reengineering, or cloud adoption.
- Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and process modeling.
- Familiarity with insurance-specific platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) and technologies like AI/ML, RPA, or low-code development.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (post-pandemic) and work flexibly across time zones.
