Responsibility
- Develop and maintain master data management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Implement data governance strategies to improve data integrity and compliance.
- Monitor and audit data entries to detect and correct discrepancies.
- Support data migration and integration projects as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on MDM best practices.
- Generate reports and insights to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and metadata management.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Excel, MDM software).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
