Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement integrated system solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system interoperability and performance.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders during system deployment and post-implementation phases.
- Document system architectures, configurations, and integration processes for future reference.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, compatibility issues, and performance gaps.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in system integration.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data integrity standards across integrated systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in system integration, IT infrastructure, or software development.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, ETL processes, and enterprise application integration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in system integration, cloud computing, or ITIL are a plus.
