Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation process for automation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct detailed process discovery sessions to identify high-impact opportunities for Robotics and Process Automation (RPA).
- Design and refine automation workflows, ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with technical developers and architects to translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, progress reporting, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed automations to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor junior team members on business analysis best practices and automation methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the RPA or digital transformation domain.
- Strong technical proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
- Proven experience in process modeling, business case development, and requirements engineering.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a track record of effective collaboration.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
