Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate complex business logic into clear, technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, finance, or consulting.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Strong proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
- Experience working in international or remote teams is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
